How to Contact Us

We have a dedicated support team ready to help you during the migrations. To connect with us you should:

  • Use the Live Chat feature on this page (bottom righthand corner)
    • Live chat with our support team is open 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    • Off-hours: submit your question through the chat interface and we will follow up first thing the next day. 

Confirm Your Status

A required step that needs to be completed by Wednesday, July 31 at 11:00 a.m. with one of the following: 

  • Confirm launch for Aug 1; or 
  • Request Extension #1 of migration review
  • No response by 11:00 a.m. defaults to launch on Aug 15 starting at noon.

If you have requested an extension, you will use this same form each extension week to confirm your status. For specific dates and deadlines, use the important date section on this page.

Important Dates

Week 1 - Jul 22 - 26: C0 migration

  • Jul 22 -23: Technical Migration by Web Express Team

  • Jul  24, 25, 26: Sites sent to primary contact for the start of migration review

Week 2 - Jul 28 - Aug 2: C0 migration

  • Jul. 23 - 31: Migration Review by site team

  • Jul. 31 at 11:00 a.m. Confirm Status: 

    • Confirm launch for Aug 1; or 

    • Request Extension #1 of migration review

  • Aug 1 at noon: Launch process starts for confirmed sites; Site team pause on edits at noon; 

  • Aug 1 at noon: Extension #1 starts for sites that submitted requests

  • Aug 2: Confirmed site launched by Friday, noon and open for edits again; receive an archive of D7 site

  • Aug 2: Extension #1 migration review continues
