- This form is for faculty to submit requests for office supplies, electronics, computers (Apple, Dell), furniture and any other CU Marketplace items. WGST staff will contact you with any questions and will use this information to submit the purchase request in Marketplace.​ÌýAll other purchases should be made with faculty's Pcard.
