WGST would like to announce the retirement of esteemed feminist philosopher, Dr. Alison Jaggar. Dr. Jaggar, who has a joint appointment in the Department of Philosophy, has been an integral part of the feminist community on CU Boulder campus since 1990. We are grateful to Dr. Jaggar for her years of service to the department, her outstanding mentorship of students, and her groundbreaking research on gender, global justice, and feminist methods. Please join us in the 2020-2021 academic year as we pay tribute to Dr. Jaggar in a special issue of the WGST newsletter and a ceremony commemorating her career.
