Scheduling Service

To schedule a state or university vehicle for maintenance or repair, call the garage at 303-492-6219 during operating hours and have the following information ready:

Vehicle license number
Current mileage
A clear description of any vehicle problems

Cancelling Service

If the scheduled appointment cannot be kept, contact the garage as soon as possible to avoid service charges.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance (PM) is required to be scheduled for all fleet vehicles. The frequency is based on the individual vehicle manufacturer recommendations for service intervals. Maintenance notifications are sent out monthly to vehicle coordinators. Please contact the garage with additional questions/concerns.
