Bert Covert has been chosen by a Graduate School committee as a winner of the 2016-2017 Outstanding Faculty Mentor Award. We couldn’t agree more. The honor comes with a cash award of $1000. Congratulations Bert!

Jennifer Leichliter awarded Summer Graduate School Fellowship

Jennifer Leichliter has been awarded a Summer Graduate School Fellowship to work on her dissertation. This fellowship will be for three months of support and will consist of a monthly stipend of $2,000. Congratulations, Jen!

Sara Fardi gave successful thesis defense

Sara Fardi gave a successful defense of her thesis on Friday 17 March and is set to earn her Master’s in May. She researched Neonatal hair cortisol in relation to maternal environment, sociodemographic factors and infant outcomes rural Gambia with Robin Bernstein as advisor. Congratulations to both.
