12:15–12:45 p.m. CU Art Museum
Take a break from school, learn about works of art and participate in a related mindfulness practice. The powerful, guided meditation can undo stress, soothe the nervous system and help you feel relaxed and revitalized. Anyone can join in the museum galleries in person or virtually. for virtual attendance.
5–6 p.m.Rec Center
This dance fitness class feels more like a party than a workout. You’ll learn easy-to-follow hip-hop dance moves with sculpting routines to target your glutes, thighs, abs and arms, all while jamming to the hottest hip-hop music.
8:30–10:30 p.m.Farrand Field
Dress up and get ready to dance at this silent disco Monster Mash. Costumes encouraged. Food and drinks will be provided. Remember to bring your Buff OneCard to enter.
7:30 p.m.CHEM 140
Bring your popcorn, get ready for a scare and come watch Candyman (2021). Follow the sequel to the 1992 film with the same name that returns to the now-gentrified Chicago neighborhood where the legend began. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.; the film begins at 8 p.m.

Grab a couple of friends and get ready to have a great night at The Connection! Enjoy the fun of bowling with black lights, colored lane lights and color pins. It’s the only extreme bowling you’ll find in Boulder. Open Fridays, too.
