Find ways to celebrate safely this Halloween by reflecting about how alcohol and other substances relate to the experiences you want to have.

7–9 p.m. UMC, The Connection
Sharpen your brain and bring a friend for Monday night trivia! Teams and individuals are welcome, and it’s free to enter. Tonight’s questions come from your favorite sitcom Parks and Recreation! Sign-up starts at 6 p.m. at The Connection front desk.


Tuesday, Oct. 26

5:30–7:30 p.m.C4C, third floor, Abrams Lounge
Kitchen Table offers leadership and community-building opportunities to students identifying as women of color working their way through a predominantly white university. Attend tonight’s conversation for a chance to build community with other women of color, share your experience and learn of other local organizations that are doing similar work.

Attention, Latinx community! Take a break from class and join the Cafecito & Chisme coffee hour! Get involved with your community, cafecito and catch up on chisme! Coffee and pastries will be provided.

Want a great résuméand attention-getting cover letter to catch the eye of a future employer? Join Career Services to review the basics and learn how to take both of your documents to the next level. to attend this event.


Thursday, Oct. 28

10 a.m.–3 p.m. UMC, Glenn Miller Ballroom
Are you looking for a place to live for next year? Then attend the Off-Campus Housing Fair to meet with off-campus property managers and landlords, and learn more about what properties are available. Get tips for how to live off campus, and enjoy some free food and giveaway prices while you’re there.

5:30–7 p.m. SEEC
Join fellow Buffs to weed, plant and play in the SEEC Community Garden! All are welcome. Find the garden on the east side of SEEC at 4001 鶹Ƶy Drive, almost directly in the middle of the complexbefore you arrive at the north parking lot.

7–9 p.m. UMC, Glenn Miller Ballroom
Get lucky with Drag Queen Bingo! Bring your friends and win tons of cool prizes. Costumes are encouragedbut not required. Not only will there be prizes for bingo winners, there will also be prizes for the best costumes. You don’t want to miss this event!

8–10 p.m.Rec Center
Spend an evening at The Rec! Come dressed in a Halloween costume, give the climbing wall a shot and grab some food while meeting other Buffs. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.


Friday, Oct. 29

8:30–10:30 p.m. Farrand Field
Dress up and get ready to dance at this silent disco Monster Mash. Costumes encouraged. Food and drinks will be provided. Remember to bring your Buff OneCard to enter.
