Come learn about a work of art and then participate in a related mindfulness practice. You are welcome to join in the museum galleries in person or virtually via Zoom. The powerful, guided meditation can undo stress, soothe the nervous system and help you feel relaxed and revitalized. All are welcome. for virtual attendance.

Connect with your community while you decorate cookies, eat pumpkin bread and drink some hot chai. There will also be free bowling and billiards games to participate in.

Ask a friend to join you at the Rec Center for Zumba! This fitness class incorporates great music with dance movements for a dynamic and exciting workout that works the entire body.

Bring your popcorn and a friend and come watch a free movie. Every Friday, Program Council will have a movie showing so you don’t have to worry about Friday night plans! Tonight’s movie will feature the Mystery Inc. gang, brought together to investigate strange events happening on an island resort. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.; the film begins at 8 p.m.

Grab a couple of friends and get ready to have a great Saturday night at The Connection! Enjoy the fun of bowling with black lights, colored lane lights and color pins. It’s the only extreme bowling you’ll find in Boulder! Also open Friday nights.
