Free Friday Power Hour: Cycle

Come get your body moving before the weekend and join the Rec Center’s Free Friday Power Hour fitness classes. This results-driven cycling class will provide immediate fitness data through your power consoleand is designed to provide a positive experience for all fitness levels. You to save your spot.
5–5:30 p.m. Instagram Live
Join the Zero Waste Outreach Team on their Instagram page for a live zero waste DIY life hack that you can add to your daily habits to reduce your environmental impact. Today’s hack is reusing old clothes for other purposes. Don’t forget to followon Instagram and tune in for this event.

The Grammy-winning Takács Quartet has moved audiences and sold out halls at CU Boulder for more than three decades and counting. Joinfor a rare livestreamed concert April 11. The performance will then be available through May 10.
