The Dennis Small Cultural Center’s discussion-based program series DSCC Dialogueswas created to provide a safe space to have discussion around identity, community and world events. Come celebrate womxn of color with the Cultural Events Board!

Join other Buffs and learn about the eight dimensions of wellness. You’ll also have the chance to take a self-assessment.


Wednesday, March 24

5:30 p.m. Virtual
Bring your appetite and learn how to make your own frittata. Join the Center for Student Involvement and The New Kitchen for a free virtual cooking class! Be sure to to pick up your ingredients before class starts.

2–4 p.m. In-person and Zoom
Enjoy a reflection activity and learn how to effectively manage stress.


Thursday, March 25

6:30–7:15 p.m. Rec Center
Meet new Buffs while you take on a fast-paced series of fun games and activities to relieve stress. Come have a friendly competition and light-hearted play at the Rec Center! Everyone is welcome.

4–5 p.m. Rec Center, Studio 2
Join this outdoor cycle class and ride to fun beach music! This playlist-focused class offers a fun twist to traditional cycling, featuring some of the best beach tunes. All fitness levels are welcome.

1–2:30 p.m. ܴǴdz
Give back to your community and for the next CU in the Community project with the Volunteer Resource Center. You will be making paper cranes in support of Asian and Asian American communities through the CU student-led initiative Unmask the Racism. Learn about other projects in CU in the Community.


Friday, March 26

3–6 p.m.Rec Center
Grab a buddy and come shoot some hoops at the Rec Center! Only three people will be allowed per basket. You’ll have your own ball, but bring your own if you can. Be sure to to reserve your spot.

8 p.m. Chem 140
Bring your popcorn, grab a friend and come watch Spring Breakers. The movie is about four college girls who get arrested during their spring break, only to be bailed out by a drug and arms dealer.
