Immerse yourselfin China's rich history and modern identity in this virtual Global Seminar,China Speed: Modernity, Memory, and Heritage.Virtual tours will take you through two main themes: "Modernity and Memory" and "Rural Urbanization and Infrastructure Development."You will virtually visit famous sites and experience cultural exchanges with scholars and students at Chinese universities. The program comes to life with a virtual cooking class and Q&A with experts in China. This course was awarded funding by the Center for Asian Studies through the Tang Fund for 2021, so each student will receive a very generous scholarship that covers most all of the cost of this course!
