Contractors coordinate their parking needs with the Facilities Management or Housing department project manager who will coordinate with Parking Services for the available parking options.

• Parking is limited on campus, so please consider your needs early in your planning process. A minimum of a week’s notice is required by Parking Services to facilitate parking access.
• When vehicles are parked in violation of the contract or agreement or the parking rules and regulations, tickets are issued and drivers are held responsible.
• Expiration notices are sent one week before access expires. This is a reminder only. Contractors are responsible for keeping parking access up to date.
