The Center for听Leadership is pleased to present the Student Leaders of the Year Award. This program听highlights the impact of leadership education at CU Boulder. By recognizing outstanding students, we reward exceptional work and highlight leadership programs. The student leader听chosen to introduce guest speakers will rotate between leadership programs year to year. Qualified Student听Leaders of the Year听will also be invited to attend a Chancellor's Reception in their honor.听

The CU Boulder Student Leaders of the Year awards recognize those individuals participating in campus leadership programs who have demonstrated:

  • Academic excellence and curiosity
  • Extraordinary support to and innovation within campus leadership programs
  • Exceptional service to the community, either campus or Boulder metro area
  • Outstanding character and personal resilience
  • Exemplary embodiment of the Colorado Creed

Nominees must be active members of a Center for Leadership Affiliate听Program at CU Boulder in good standing with the University and their own college or school and the individual must be nominated by their program director or professor.
