Rachel Goold
Post-Masters Social Work Fellow • MSSW, SWC

Rachel is a Post-Masters Social Work Fellow who earned her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.

Rachel’s approach to therapy is rooted in human connection, as well as the truth that you are the expert of your own experience. She strives to create a therapeutic relationship that is affirming and welcoming, where students can bring their whole authentic selves into therapy. Her practice is grounded in anti-oppressive, human-centered and trauma-responsive frameworks that acknowledge the reality that structural and systemic inequities impact individual and collective wellbeing.

Rachel is passionate about working with college students and providing a supportive space grounded in cultural humility, humor and hope. Her therapeutic approach is informed by relational-cultural theory, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, among others.
