Jessica Bailey
LPC • Crisis/Triage Therapist

Jessica is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a background in both mental health counseling and case management. She earned a bachelor's degree in social work, and went on to acquire a master's degree from Naropa University where she majored in transpersonal wilderness therapy.

Since completing graduate school, Jessica has gained experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples and families. Jessica considers herself to be a "down-to-earth" clinician who prioritizes cultivating meaningful relationships with the people she works with.

Jessica utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy, but most often draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. She always uses a person-centered and strengths-based approach to ensure each client is receiving individualized services. She is dedicated to providing culturally and racially competent services, and is a safe space for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals.

Jessica would love to travel to Japan to ski and eat ramen.
