Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner • MSN, PMHNP-BC

David graduated from the University of Colorado School of Nursing in 2011 with an undergraduate degree in nursing and spent several years working as a registered nurse primarily in emergency department settings.

After developing a strong interest in psychiatry and mental health, he returned to the University of Colorado School of Nursing to continue his education and pursue a career as a nurse practitioner. During this education, he had the opportunity to participate in a preceptorship in Counseling and Psychiatric Services at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and loved working with the college student population.

Upon completion of his nurse practitioner program, he completed a nurse practitioner fellowship at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and is excited to be able to continue working in Counseling and Psychiatric Services as a full time staff member. He looks forward to working with students to collaboratively help find solutions to their mental health needs.
