Casey earned her MSW from Ohio Sate University, where she worked in K-12 and hospital settings. Prior to joining CAPS, Casey gained experience as a therapist for the Eating Recovery Center and practiced school social work for Denver Public Schools.

She is passionate about empowering students through individual and group therapy with a strengths-based approach. Casey's warm and compassionate style allows students to safely explore their feelings, self-reflect and develop effective coping strategies. Her therapy approach includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
