Anna earned her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology while in Fort Lauderdale, where she gained experience in working with individuals in hospital, university counseling center聽and assessment settings. She completed her predoctoral internship at UNC in Greeley where she had the privilege of working with a vast variety of identities, concerns聽and stories. Anna deeply enjoys working within a university counseling center setting alongside individuals within a campus system. Her passions include providing individual therapy, group therapy聽and immersing herself in the campus community through outreach.
Anna approaches treatment from an integrated perspective, while having a foundation in cognitive, interpersonal process聽and trauma informed theories.
She also utilizes solution-focused, mindfulness聽and process-based interventions. She embraces flexibility in the therapy space and meeting individuals where they are in their own process. Anna highly values the therapeutic relationship and the connection made and aims to foster a collaborative environment.
When not at work, Anna loves to stroll the long aisles at Target, snuggle her cutie hound Ziggy, travel to new places聽and connect with friends and family over Colorado鈥檚 finest breweries and snacks!
