How to Reserve Equipment

To reserve equipment, you must claim your account in Cheqroom. You will need to wait a minimum of 24-hours for a Kage Employee to give you access.ÌýAll equipment reservationsÌýmust be scheduled a minimum of 14Ìýhours in advance via our online scheduling system.Ìý

Walk-in Appointments areÌýONLYÌýduring walk-in hours on Tuesdays & Fridays. Email thekage@colorado.edu if you'd like to request an exception. Ìý

You can rent equipment for a maximum of 48 hours (or over the weekend). Reservations longer than the allotted time are subject to manager approval and will have a $5 extension fee.Ìý
