Inclusive Community of Practice (ICoP)
The Inclusive Community of Practice (ICoP) is a supportive network for equity-minded educators and professionals at CU Boulder. It’s a space to connect, learn, and share strategies for fostering inclusivity and social justice in classrooms and beyond.
What is ICoP?
ICoP is a —a group of individuals with a shared passion or concern—focused on advancing equity and inclusivity. Members collaborate to:
- Share best practices.
- Explore topics like diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
- Create innovative approaches to enhance human interaction in educational settings.
ICoP Mission
To connect equity-focused individuals on campus and collaboratively develop inclusive teaching practices and policies. Through shared knowledge and curated resources, ICoP strives to make classrooms more welcoming and equitable for all.
