Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

Join a Special Interest Group (SIG)! A SIG is a community of learners who explore themes in teaching, learning, and technology. 

Collaborate with colleagues from the College of Arts & Sciences while exploring ways to leverage technology in your course design, delivery, and/or curriculum. The Course Design Special Interest Group (SIG) is a community of practice for faculty who want to create or substantially redesign a course. Meetings will address topics of interest identified by the group and will be facilitated by an ASSETT teaching and learning consultant.

The SIG will meet monthly during the fall semester, with dates and times to be determined by the participants.

This opportunity is open to all Arts & Sciences faculty, including graduate students with instructional duties. It is most appropriate for instructors with some prior knowledge of or experience with technology-enhanced teaching and learning.
