Important notes:
- If you have changed or added a major, it is your responsibility to schedule an appointment with your assigned academic advisor in your new major within 30 days of your new major being processed. If you are unable to meet with an academic advisor before changing your major, schedule an appointment afterwards. Failure to meet promptly with an academic advisor may negativelyimpact your degree plan and could delay your graduation.
- Major change requests submitted by noon MT on the third Friday of fall and spring semesters (census date), will be effective for the current semester and will reflect on the tuition bill for the current semester. Major change requests submitted after noon MT on census date will be processed, but will not impact the tuition bill for that semester.
Financial Impact Note: Updating major(s) may have financial implications including, but not limited to, tuition charges, financial aid changes and scholarship eligibility. Please visit theBursar's Office website to confirm the corresponding tuition rate for your major change request.
