-If leaving a voicemail, make sure your message is clear and detailed. That allows us to look into your inquiry before calling you back.

If you聽call聽during our operating hours and we do not聽pick up, it just means that our Administrative Coordinator is聽temporarily occupied. Refrain from attempting to call multiple times in a row and simply leave a voicemail or hang up and email instead. Our Administrative Coordinator strives to be highly responsive and聽will get back to you as quickly聽as possible!

  • These communication channels are monitored by our Administrative Coordinator, who is NOT聽a trained聽Academic Advisor. As such, they are intended only聽to help field聽advising-related inquiries聽of a quick, general nature. If your inquiry is specific/complex/in-depth in nature, you should contact your assigned Academic Advisor聽directly and/or schedule an appointment with them. Contact information for all of our full-time advisors聽can be found聽here on the 'Our Team' page.
  • We understand the convenience of a phone call and are happy to offer that option, but for your benefit, we strongly recommend email. We find that the vast majority of inquiries we receive are most efficiently answered over聽email, as it allows us to聽directly send you links to pertinent information聽or聽copy in the most appropriate contact if your inquiry is not聽addressed by聽information that is readily available online.
  • Parents/Guardians: We cannot share any specific information about your student's academic records unless they have a聽FERPA Consent to Release聽on file for you.聽Please ensure that your student has granted you FERPA authorization AND have your authorization phrase ready before you reach聽out with any kind of specific/complex/in-depth questions about their academic records. Even then, please understand that our Administrative Coordinator may not be equipped聽to answer such questions and may need to redirect you to your student's assigned Academic Advisor.
