Lists your transfer credits & cutbacks for repeated and equivalent courses.
Provides hypothetical, "what-if" degree informationÌýto show how your coursework would apply to a different program.

Reading a Degree Audit
The text at the top of the audit includes the date and time of your request, your student ID number and name, and your degree program and catalog year.
Requirements are specific areas of coursework that are required for a degree program. Three different indicators appear on these sections for requirements that are complete, in progressÌýor unfulfilled.
Clicking on a requirement expands the view to display its sub-requirements. These are more specific requirements that are also needed for the degree program.
Completed Sub-requirements
Completed sub-requirementsÌýshow a summary of the class used to fulfilled them, including the term taken, course number, credits earned, grade received, course titleÌýand where/how it was taken (if not at CU Boulder).Ìý
Incomplete Sub-requirements
Most incomplete sub-requirements show aÌý"select from"Ìýlist of all CU Boulder courses that meet the sub-requirement. Click on a linked course number to view the catalog description.ÌýYou can use this list during enrollment to choose courses that meet the requirement(s).Ìý
Indicators
The degree audit processes courses against different policies as defined by the college or university. An indicator will appear next to the grade on the course to alert you that an action against the course has happened. The legendÌýprovides a brief explanation of these indicators.
