White House recognizes ELOKA as champion of open science

The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy recognized the Exchange for Local Observations and Knowledge of the Arctic at CU Boulder as a “champion of open science,” one of five winners selected for work promoting open science to tackle a unique problem.
