Rep. Joe Neguse will be the featured speaker at a U.S. Global Leadership Coalition virtual town hall from noon to 1 p.m.听on Thursday, Aug. 6, focusing on the positive听effects of global affairs programs in Colorado, in the听era of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The town hall, titled听"America鈥檚 Global Leadership:听COVID-19 & the Impact on Colorado," will feature Neguse and former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Dan Glickman. Other topics will include the local implications of COVID-19 and why staying engaged globally is more important than ever.
