This weekend brings a super study sesh, UMC study stops, guided meditation at the art museum, CU on Friday, free fitness at The Rec and more.

Free finals week at The Rec

May 3–8 Rec Center
Stop by The Rec forfree fitness classes, ice skating and bouldering/climbing. The Rec will also have conference rooms reserved for studying. Free study supplies and tea will be provided while supplies last.

9 a.m. to 5 p.m.UMC 330, Center for Student Involvement
CU GOLD believesyou should be acknowledged for your hard work and studying during finals week! Join for a quiet and rewarding study experience. Prizes alsowill be given out throughout the day. Free snacks provided all day!

12:15–12:45 p.m. CU Art Museum
Join this powerful guided meditation to undo stress, soothe the nervous system and feel better. Students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend. Participants are encouraged to bring materials for personal comfort that will aid meditation (e.g., yoga mat, a small pillow or cushion, etc.). Please arrive on time so the meditation is not disturbed. There will be no late admittance.

CU on Friday

4–6p.m.UMC, South Terrace Tent
CU on Friday is all about bringing the CU community together through this fun UMC tradition! In the midst of all the finals stress, come join your fellow Buffs for a reading day refresh! Free chai, coffee, donut holes and DIY slime will be provided.
