Head to The Rec for this week’s free Friday Power Hour. This will be an energetic yoga class that uses a flowing series of postures to increase strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.

Make your own tie-dye yoga towel, "crunch don’t crash" energy balls, DIY facemasks, bath bombs and other self-care treats.

Come support the Buffs as they take on the Cougars of Washington State.Admission is free with your Buff OneCard, and free hats will be given away while supplies last.

The 2018 remake of the 1977 Dario Argentio Italian horror cult classic is coming to CU’s campus, bringing mystery, suspense and horror. Enjoy free admission and popcorn.

Test your abilities during this 24-hour hackathonthat welcomesstudents from all over CU. All levels are welcome, and mentors will be available to assist.
