Feel Good Fridays

12:15–12:45 p.m. CU Art Museum
This free drop-in group is an opportunity to be led through a powerful guided meditation to undo stress, soothe the nervous system and feel better. Be sure to arrive on time—there will be no late admittance.

4–5:30.. UMCacross from Alferd Packer Grill
Joinfor a special holiday edition of International Coffee Hour! Eat treats, make small craftsand celebrateloved ones. Plus there will be tons of coffee and delicious snacks as usual.

Head to the Cycle Studio at The Rec for this free cycling class that features a variety of interactive and challenging interval drills designed around your favorite ’80s hits!

Stop by Club 156 to relax and listen to stand up comedy or share a joke of your own. All are welcome.
