Making Excellence Inclusive in the workplace

ODECE began the university-wide initiative Making Excellence Inclusive with a focus on inclusive pedagogy—how professors can make their classrooms more inclusive.

This year, ODECE will focus its efforts on employees and student-workers and making the university a more inclusive workplace. The focus is not only on race and ethnicity but also on a wide variety of other diversity and identity factors that may contribute to a need for more inclusive practices in the workplace.
