The search committee charged with finding a new dean of the College of Business and Administration at CU-Boulder has announced five finalists for the position. The candidates, who will each visit the campus in April, are:
Andrew Bailey Jr., the Ernst and Young Distinguished Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Bailey is director of the Center for International Education and Research in Accounting and editor of the International Journal of Accounting. He received undergraduate and master聮s degrees in accounting from the University of Minnesota and his doctorate at The Ohio State University. Campus visit is April 20-22.
Kim S. Cameron, the Ford Motor Co./Richard E. Cook Professor of Management and associate dean at the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. He completed his undergraduate and master聮s degrees at BYU and his doctorate in administrative sciences at Yale University. Campus visit is April 15-17.
Richard Durand, professor of marketing at the University of Maryland-College Park. Durand earned his M.B.A. and doctorate at the University of Florida. Campus visit is April 12-14.
Michael Hitt, who has a doctorate from CU. Hitt is the Paul M. and Rosalie Robertson Chair in Business Administration at Texas A&M University. Campus visit is April 8-10.
Jerold L. Zimmerman is an Alumni Distinguished Professor at the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. Zimmerman has a bachelor聮s degree from CU and a doctorate from the
University of California, Berkeley. Campus visit is April 29-May 1.
