Senior Class Council at Commencement

Senior Class Council serves as the only student representatives on the University Commencement Committee! As a part of our involvement on this commitee, Senior Class Council has a few vital responsibilities to include student voice during the event: selecting the commencement speaker, producing the senior video shown during the ceremony, the SCC President gives the only student speech/address during the ceremony, and coordinating the Commencement Breakfast the morning of Commencement.

Winter 2024 Recognition Ceremonies

Some colleges, schools, departments, and programs coordinate a winter recognition ceremony for winter graduates. Winter graduates are invited to participate in commencement activities held in the spring semester prior to or following their December graduation. Please contact your respective college, school, department or program for more information.
