The CU Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, Diversity听(LEAD)听Alliance is a unique set of academic learning communities of students, faculty and staff who focus on inclusivity and student success. These听鈥渁cademic neighborhoods" support students in their听first-year and beyond through:
- Participation scholarships
- Academic enrichment
- Shared peer experiences
