The State of Colorado authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.

CU Boulder is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. CU Boulder cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. CU Boulder shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under CU Boulder’s self-insurance policy.
