She also teaches in her role as an advisor to undergraduates, graduate students, and postdoctoral associates in herÌý

She received the Faculty Teaching Award from theÌý, and the Top Professor Award from the Mortar Board at the Â鶹ÊÓƵ and the University of Denver.
