Summer Clean-up:Â
- Summer clean-up has not yet begun! Due to our high ticket volume, summer clean-up is postponed this year. You will be notified when we begin cleaning up Summer 2020.
HCM Improvements:Â
- We are constantly improving the HCM system and November updates are in the works. Service center coordinators will be participating in testing to upgrade HCM all of October. These updates are in hopes to streamline and make processes more efficient in HCM.Â

Document Request Deadlines:Â
- Spring deadlines are right around the corner and with these ever-changing times it is best to plan ahead! After fall break, consider sending spreadsheets and offer letters sooner rather than later.Â
- The HRSC will be utilizing the same first-in-first-out system for the spring semester that was used for summer and fall.Â

- The HRSC strives for a 3 day turnaround on ticket inquiries. During our busy season this number will fluctuate.
