Greetings HR Community,

We are pleased to report we had a strong response to our HR Practitioner Experience Survey. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us!聽

As an HR practitioner, you play a vital role in creating a great workplace for staff and faculty at CU Boulder. You make a difference for others every day through the work you do. These survey results will tell us how we can better support you and make a difference for you.聽

Now the work begins. The Culture Working Group, one of five iniative working groups in the HR Blueprint Project, is reviewing and analyzing the survey results. We will use the results to:聽

• Empower HR Teams: Enhance support, communication, training, and development.聽
• Boost HR Effectiveness: Understand the tools and resources you need to do your work.聽
• Strengthen Our Community: Create a more collaborative HR community on campus.聽

The summary results and next steps will be shared with you in October. Thank you again for your participation. We look forward to the work ahead and to the positive changes on the horizon.聽
