It has been 5 years since we launched CU Boulder Jobs (Avature) and feedback from our campus partners has been crucial in our pursuit of tailoring the system to meet the diverse needs of our campus community.  As part of our continuous improvement efforts, several enhancements have been made within our three user portals since the launch of the system in 2018.
As a complement to these enhancements, we have recently updated our training videos in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Learning Library to better reflect current functionality. Even if you are a seasoned user of Avature, we encourage you to take a few minutes to watch the new videos to ensure you have the most up-to-date knowledge of the enhanced features. Below is a sneak peek of the updates you'll find in the ATS Learning Library and the Resources and Guidelines pages housed in the respective portals.
Position Management Portal Training Videos for Staff Positions:
Learn how to request a new position, a position update, or an addendum letter.
Hiring Portal Training Videos for Staff and Temporary Staff Recruitment:
Learn how to provide feedback on job ads, review and provide feedback on candidates, view Interview Guidelines, and approve offers.
Search Committee Portal Training Videos for Faculty and Research Faculty Search Processes:
- Search Committee Members can learn how to view active requisitions, access Resources and Guidelines, as well as provide and update feedback on candidates
- In addition to the items above, Search Chairs and Liaisons can also learn how to request new requisitions, provide feedback on job ads, and manage searches in progress by updating committee members and updating or dispositioning candidates directly from the portal.
In addition to the new videos, we have also refreshed the Resources and Guidelines information within the Position Management Portal and the Search Committee Portals to reflect updates and clarify processes. Â As a reminder, you can access these portals on the Human Resources Webpage or by visiting the and directly.
