In accordance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 ("IRCA"), the Â鶹ÊÓƵ must verify employment eligibility of each employee within the first three days of employment. Effective immediately, the HR Service Center will enter the start of the bi-weekly period as the HCM hire date. This will allow for the bi-weekly employee to complete the I-9 within the first three days of their employment. These employees will receive communication from the I-9 Coordinator that they are outside of the three day period if the I-9 is not completed within the first three days of employment.  Â
