Eligibility
CU students with private insurance are eligible for 2 free visits per academic year.
CU students with Gold SHIP are only eligible for the standard nutrition clinic.

Appointments are available in the Wardenburg Health Center or Rec Center based on time of year. Location will be confirmed when you schedule your visit. Appointments are available weekly.

Prepare for your visit
Prior to your visit, you will complete a short questionnaire about eating habits and general health.
- Initial visit: 30 minutes.
- Follow-up visit: 15 minutes.
