Audio visual support

Are you hosting an event on campus that needs some audio visual support? The UMC AV Team may be the answer for you!

From simple sound systems and projectors, to DJ equipment and custom packages, our AV packages make it easy to get the solution you need. We have the flexibility to provide the perfect level of support to help make your event successful (indoors or outdoors). Packages also include an on-site technician for the duration of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Basic Sound Package

  • One portable sound system with audio mixer
  • One wireless handheld microphone with floor stand
  • One phone or tablet audio cord for sound playback
  • One AV tech for event duration, plus one hour prior for set up and one hour post for tear down (times may vary depending on client needs)

Basic Presentation Package

  • One 5' x 7' screen
  • One portable projector
  • One portable sound system with audio mixer
  • One wireless handheld microphone with floor stand
  • One phone or tablet audio cord for sound playback
  • One AV tech for event duration, plus one hour prior for set-up and one hour post for tear down (times may vary depending on client needs)

Music System Package

You provide the recorded music or DJ talent, we provide the equipment. Our on-site technician will connect your laptop or DJ gear to our system and provide audio support throughout your event.

  • Four two-way 12" speakers
  • Two 2" x 15" subwoofers
  • One 16-channel audio mixer
  • Two wired handheld microphones with floor stands
  • AV techs for event duration, plus one hour prior for set up and one hour post for tear down (times and number of staff may vary depending on client needs)

Custom Add-ons

  • Additional wired handheld microphone (up to six total); includes table or floor stand
  • Additional wireless microphone (up to four total)

Hybrid/Virtual Meeting Support

The UMC has added equipment to support your virtual and hybrid meetings:Ìý

  • Owl 360-Degree Camera - Our Owl Camera has a 360-degree camera that captures a panoramic view of your meeting room and eight omnidirectional microphones so that remote participants can see and hear all in-person participants at the meeting. The Owl Camera is designed for smaller meeting rooms being used for meetings with both in-person and remote attendees.Ìý
  • Logitech Camera - The Logitech is the perfect fit for larger UMC meeting rooms. This camera captures a wide shot with a 90-degree diagonal field of view and can focus on presenters, panelists and whiteboards with flexible pan and tilt controls.Ìý
