Join Faculty and Staff Assistance Program counselor Paulette Erickson England for a presentation and discussion regarding the personal and collective stress response around the conflict in Ukraine. We will discuss how to best take care of yourself, others and your community during this time. You will learn about the trauma response and adaptive coping mechanisms and also have a chance to connect with colleagues who are affected by this series of events.
