Robyn Sandekian, director of faculty advancement, will be facilitating this training on behalf of the American Society for Engineering Education. This workshop will describe the concepts and implications of privilege and bias, discuss the climate for LGBTQ+ individuals in STEM and ways that allies can support LGBTQ+ students and colleagues, and explore techniques for creating inclusive classroom environments. .

Wednesday, April 12. 12:15-1:15 p.m., ECCS 201
This session will provide a chance to hear from and have conversations with leading experts on the technical areas underlying ChatGPT and other generative AI, the uses of generative AI in university and K-12 education, and the ethical and societal issues associated with generative AI tools. It will feature brief presentations by and ample time for audience questions with a distinguished panel.
