As the new semester begins with remote instruction, the college is once again offering technology devices for loan to help with teaching needs.

The college offers document cameras, pen-enabled displays and tablets, voice amplifiers (for when in-person instruction resumes), and a limited supply of headset mics to borrow for the semester. These are available to instructional faculty members and TAs who are teaching in the current semester.

Equipment checkout is available on a first-come, first-served basis from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays at the front desk of the Integrated Teaching and Learning Laboratory (ITLL).

The Office for Outreach and Engagement is calling for proposals for the CU Boulder Outreach Awards, the Community Impact Grants, the Micro Grants and the Undergraduate Community-Engaged Scholars Grants. All proposals are due by 5 p.m. on Feb. 4.

These awards and grants support outreach and engagement projects that connect CU Boulder research, creative work or teaching with external community needs and opportunities. Projects are designed to be mutually beneficial for the university and partnering communities, may happen across Colorado or beyond and often serve people with less access to university resources.

This symposium seeks toÌýhighlightÌýauthentic leadership, empower confidence in leadership styles and practices, and engage the resiliency in tomorrow’s leaders. It isÌýopen to CU Boulder students, staff and faculty.

All faculty – and any employee or student with responsibility for the design, conduct or reporting of research – must disclose any significant financial interest and external professional activity that could compromise university decision making or duties. Projects and protocols submitted to the Office of Grants and Contracts or to the Institutional Review Board cannot receive approval until this an annual Disclosure of External Professional Activities (DEPA) is submitted, reviewed and approved.
