Please send scheduling requests to CTRCSch@colorado.edu.听

Please make sure your request includes:

• Subject identifier: Name, Initials or Participant number
• Date
• Start Time
• Visit Number
• Any Protocol Visit Modifications

You will receive a confirmation email when your request has been scheduled. All next day requests must be submitted by 2 pm the day before.

Saturdays

The CTRC is open the first and third Saturday of every month.听 If that Saturday falls on a 3 day weekend we will be closed.听听 All Saturday requests need to be scheduled by Noon on the Wednesday before.听 We ask that you have your participants contact and confirm their attendance for Saturday by 4pm on the Wednesday prior to their visit.

Schedules are available to view in our google drive, if you need the link please send an email to CTRCSch@colorado.edu.

Schedules are updated multiple times a day with new additions and we close scheduling at 2pm, if you have a next day request please call the CTRC main line.听
