The curriculum of the MS Real Estate provides you with a comprehensive foundation in the financial, investment, and operational aspects of real estate. You will develop expertise in quantitative financial analysis, essential business concepts, and leadership techniques. Taking nine months to complete, the program provides deep experience in real-estate-specific business skills and the latest practices in finance, modeling, law, economics and data analytics.

The Michael A. Klump Center for Real Estate provides direct access to the real estate community and Leeds’ alumni network, connecting you with employers who know what you’re capable of as a graduate of the MS in Real Estate at Leeds. The Center develops industry-sought skills through mentorships, networking events, recruitment fairs and case competitions.
Key Job Skills Required:
- Strong financial analysis and underwriting skills, including detailed discounted cash flow analysis utilizing Excel and/or Argus
