If you are an employee (on any campus or CU system) taking classes on Boulder Main Campus but you are听not听using the Tuition Assistance Benefit, you can apply for reduced fees. Complete the听Fee Adjustment Waiver Form听by the last day of classes听of your enrollment term and submit it to the Bursar鈥檚 Office. This waiver can only be used on the Boulder campus.听Dependents of employees are not eligible for reduced fees.

If your request for fee adjustment is approved, then you will only pay:

  • A&S Tech (ASSET) Fee $1.32 per credit hour per semester or term,听if you enroll in any Arts & Sciences classes.
  • Student Computing Fee $33.62鈥�$66.24
  • New Student Fee听one-time nonrefundable fee for new听or transfer degree-seeking students

If approved, the following fees will be waived ($470鈥�$746):

  • Athletic Fee $28.50
  • Recreation Center Expansion Fee $85.27鈥�$106.96
  • Student Activity Fee $48.01鈥�$302.80
  • Student Health Fee $97.09
  • Mental Health Resource Fee $97.40
  • Career Services $12
  • Bike Program Fee $15
  • Transit Pass Fee $86.18

The Immigration Compliance Fee ($40) will be waived for faculty and staff with F1 or J1 visas.
