Logos & Design Elements
Being visually consistent in how CU Boulder’s brand is represented is essential for maintaining a recognizable brand identity. CU Boulder achieves its unique visual identity by using four core design elements—lockups, colors, fonts and Be Boulder. graphic marks—as well as several extended design elements. When applied thoughtfully, and in the appropriate contexts, CU Boulder’s logos and design elements create a cohesive and impactful brand experience for all audiences.
Logos, Lockups and Seals
At the core of CU Boulder’s visual identity are the graphic marks associated with its Be Boulder. brand platform and the “locked up” interlocking CU logomark and 鶹Ƶ wordmark. While there are different logo requirements for colleges, units and student organizations, they are built on the university’s logo system, which provides a strong visual identity that audiences can easily recognize.
