Be Well.
Promoting healthy lifestyles is a core value of the College of Arts and Sciences. We support and share opportunities for students and employees to understand and adopt ways to increase personal wellness.
Why does wellness matter?
Good health and wellness—or overall wellbeing—are critical during the college years and beyond. Incorporating eight dimensions of wellness—emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, spiritual—improves morale, increases productivity and yields the ability to thrive.
