- Three NCAA Tournament teams and five-star caliber players are set to visit Boulder during the 2021–22 CU men's basketball nonconference schedule, head coach Tad Boyle has announced.
- The new collaboration will deliver engaging programming, as well as information for fans, the community, students and athletes; the agreement also renames the Champions Center.
- Wright, the Buffs' all-time leader in assists and a three-time All-Pac-12 Conference first team selection, is one of 69 players expected to attend this year's draft combine in Chicago.
- CU student-athletes once again performed extremely well in the classroom, despite many distractions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, continuing to record program and department highs in grade point average statistics, according to Herbst Academic Center staff.
- To be inducted in November, the nine new members represent eight sports. They include one athlete who lettered in four of those sports and a national championship coach. All have their special place in the history of CU athletics.
- The Pac-12 Conference on Thursday named sports business executive George Kliavkoff as the league’s new commissioner. The Pac-12 presidents and chancellors voted unanimously to support the hiring of Kliavkoff, who starts in the role July 1.
- The Buffs sophomore capped off a championship year by being named National Men's Nordic Skier of the Year by the United States Collegiate Ski Coaches Association.

- DaWon Baker will be CU's first-ever associate athletic director for diversity, equity and inclusion. Coming from the University of Nebraska, where he served in a similar role, Baker will start May 1.
- Boee, a sophomore, led a contingent of three Buffs that finished as All-Americans in the championships' 10K Classic Race, alongside freshmen Will Koch and Oyvind Haugan.
